MOLST Legislation Introduced

A group called "Honoring Wishes Task Force" has been instrumental in developing legislative language that, if passed into law, will revamp Ohio's current DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) policies with Medical Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (MOLST).

The bill, HB601, has been introduced by Representative Lynn Wachtmann but has not yet assigned to a committee.
